GearHead
GearHead takes place during the late 1800’s (1888 to be specific), during this time, a mechanical engineer discovers a way to prolong human life by fusing the human body with machinery. His business associates, who were believed to be allies, betray us, and begin using our research to create powerful half- human half robot hybrids. After being betrayed, our main character is dumped beneath the large tower where these discoveries were made, disposed alongside a plethora of other failed experiments.
Unbeknownst to the traitors, the main character has already begun experimenting on himself. The mechanical heart within us kick-starts us back to life, but due to the mechanical heart being a newly and unperfected invention, he revives with a few bugs. He loses a considerable amount of functionality in most of his body, due to this fact, he’s forced to rebuild his body using the scraps and broken machinery around him. With this newly formed body, our main character sets off with a new objective, reaching the top of the tower and enacting his revenge.
