Quarantine is a body horror paranoia game about a nurse that is taking care of the quarantine patients in the middle of a pandemic. As the game progresses, you have to decide whether a patient is infected, and if you want to put them at further risk by breaking quarantine to check for certain. It's mostly narrative based.
